Zelensky has signed the decree about creation of the Ukrainian delegation for participation in the hearings of the arbitral Tribunal.

The President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky has signed the decree about creation of the Ukrainian delegation for participation in the hearings of the arbitral Tribunal in the dispute between the Ukraine and the Russian Federation on the rights of the coastal state in the Black and Azov seas and the Kerch Strait. The corresponding decree published on the website of the head of state, reports the online edition of the Chronicle.info with reference to rbc.ua.

“To form the delegation of Ukraine for participation in the hearings of the arbitral Tribunal established under Annex VII to the Convention of the United Nations on a marine law of 1982, the dispute between the Ukraine and the Russian Federation on the rights of the coastal state in the Black and Azov seas and the Kerch Strait (10 — 14 June 2019, the Hague, the Netherlands) with the following composition,” — said in the text of the decree.

The delegation will include: Elena zerkal (head of delegation), Vsevolod Chentsov (Deputy head of delegation), Oksana Zolotareva, Ivan Ivanchik, Andrei Kondrashov, Sergei lopatyuk, Svetlana Nezhnova, Vladislav Smirnov.

His decree allowed the President the head of delegation involve in the prescribed manner to ensure the work of the Ukrainian delegation of representatives of government agencies, lawyers, advisers, experts and technical workers.

The head of the delegation entrusted with the implementation with the involvement of representatives of public bodies training and presentation of certain arbitration Tribunal procedural documents, positional, evidence and other materials.

The Cabinet of Ministers was instructed to ensure the financing of the expenses connected with participation of the Ukrainian delegation to the hearings of the arbitral Tribunal.
