On Friday, April 29, the Coast Guard found the hull of a missing tour boat off the north coast. NHK reports. The search continued for six days after the ship went missing. The disaster killed at least 14 people. The hull of the boat was found at a depth of about 100 meters near the Shiretoko Peninsula on the northern island of Hokkaido. Recall that there were 26 people on board, including two children and two crew members. According to a Coast Guard spokesman, 14 of them were found dead, the rest were missing.
