Israel sent more than 50 athletes to Birmingham (USA) to participate in the World Games – The World Games.

The World Games, held every four years, will be held in the vicinity of Birmingham from 7 to 17 July. 3,600 athletes from all over the world will take part in them.
Israeli players will compete in such sports as acrobatics, dance, jiu-jitsu, kickboxing, lacrosse, Thai boxing, sports climbing.
The World Games are competitions in sports that are not included in the program of the Olympic Games.
