The Iranian Football Federation intends to file a complaint against the United States due to the incorrect image of the flag. This was announced by the legal adviser of the Federation. The results of group B were published on Twitter by the American team, but the flag of Iran was displayed incorrectly – without a coat of arms. In Iran, they announced that this was a violation of the FIFA statutes. For such a violation, the punishment may be a 10-match suspension.
