Winter Storm "Barbara" covered the port of Tel Aviv with a white blanket. But it's not snow, it's Mediterranean foam.
Meteorologists have said foam forms when strong winds and large waves churn up organic material.
Although this is a normal occurrence around the world , in Israel it is considered relatively rare.
