WHO plan to vaccinate 70% of the world's population

The World Health Organization wants 70% of the world's population to be vaccinated against the coronavirus by mid-2022.

According to WHO Director General Tedros Adanom Ghebreyesus, this the goal is realistic.

Hebreyesus noted that humanity managed to vaccinate 40% of the population by the end of 2021.

He added that today, twice as many people have died from COVID as in 2020.
