 WHO approves two new drugs against COVID

The World Health Organization has introduced two new drugs "Baricitinib" and "Sotrovimab" in the list of drugs recommended for the treatment of coronavirus.

BMJ magazine reports.

It is noted that the use of these drugs led to an improvement in survival rates and a decrease in the need for patients on mechanical ventilation.< br />
“Baricitinib” recommend to use in severe COVID, and"Sotrovimab" in the treatment of patients at high risk of hospitalization.
