- The formation continues this afternoon in The Hague. Last night, VVD leader Rutte, D66 leader Kaag and CDA leader Hoekstra were the last to leave the meeting place of informateur Remkes for consultation with their supporters and parliamentary groups. The question is now whether D66 is interested in a restart with the current coalition.
- In Utrecht, the court is considering the closure of restaurant Waku Waku. The catering business that last days was in the news a lot, the judge has asked to suspend the decision of the municipality.
- French court rules against former president Nicolas Sarkozy in illegal campaign finance case. He is said to have spent much more money on his campaign in 2012 through forgery than is legally allowed.

Britney Spears’ father is no longer the administrator by the American singer. As expected, a judge has suspended Jamie Spears from trusteeship, leaving him out of control over her finances, property and many other aspects of her life after 13 years.
The judge called the current situation untenable. “It represents a toxic environment, for which Jamie Spears has to be suspended.”
