In the Jaguar range, there are currently three models of sedans. The XJ will soon be leaving the catalog, the medium-sized XF and the XE , rivals of the Mercedes C-Class and other BMW 3 Series.

The XF has a Sportbrake version , designed to compete with the BMW 5 Series break and other Mercedes Classe E Break. But the XE, for the moment, has only a classic four-door version.

And it will remain so, according to the boss of the style of Jaguar Ian Callum. According to him, the segment of compact breaks would be less profitable than the breaks of more generous size. And the F-Pace SUV already represents a more spacious alternative to the XE sedan.

In short, you will have to settle for the XF Sportbrake if you want to buy a Jaguar station wagon.
