Tonight, unidentified gunmen fired at the Lakiya council building.
Police believe the building was fired upon to retaliate against the head of the council from the Al-Assad family for allegedly collaborating with the police in case of the Asna family's one-legal refueling and yesterday's arrests. The Al-Assad family — Asna family's biggest rival.
The police are investigating. The building was damaged, but no casualties were reported.
