Ultra-Orthodox stoned Otzma Yehudit party activist

Last Tuesday, November 1, in Beit Shemesh, the Otzma Yehudit activist Yael Wolf has been attacked by ultra-Orthodox extremists. The attackers threw stones at a woman who was driving a car with an Israeli flag and a banner depicting a woman. At that moment, her children were also in the victim's car.

Yael Wolf filed a complaint with the police, but as of Sunday evening, November 5, no one was detained in connection with this incident. No casualties were recorded in the incident.

The party criticized the police for the lawlessness of the haredim.

“I am not the only one who is being attacked. Everything just gets worse and worse”, – said Yael Wolff.
In addition, the aggrieved activist claims that the police brushed off her complaint.

“I think the police are afraid of arresting them,” – she said.

Israeli police responded to Wolf's statement by saying, “We take every incident of violence seriously. The incident is currently being investigated”.
