Tropical storm hits Philippines, dozens dead

A tropical storm has killed 58 people in the Philippines. It is reported by AFP. Storm "Maggie" hit the Philippines the night before. The bad weather brought with it strong winds, floods and landslides. Most of the bodies were found in landslides that occurred in the Baby City area. It is the second largest city in the center of the Leith district with a population of approximately 112,000.
