Leader "Taal" Ahmed Tibi blamed Israeli double standards for what he called a lack of condemnation of settler violence against Palestinians in Judea and Samaria.
The Times of Israel reported.
Speaking at a meeting of the Hadash-Taal faction, Tibi stated that there had been an “ongoing pogrom” in which there had been clashes between settlers and Palestinians, as well as between settlers and soldiers over the past few days.
< br /> “We heard no condemnation, not even a demand for condemnation,” he said.
At the same time, Tibi noted, “a single attack by a settler on a settler soldier was condemned.”
“This is a double standard. This is hypocrisy,” said Ahmed Tibi.
