Third man arrested in case of brutal murder of woman in Ashdod

Israeli media reports a new twist in the Ashdod attack, in which a man hit a woman with a hammer and she died from her injuries.
Just as a divorced man and the husband of a woman who died of her injuries last night were arrested, police arrested a third suspect, a southerner in his 20s. The three suspects will be brought in today at noon for a hearing on the extension of their detention in the Ashkelon District Court. The body of the murdered woman will be transferred to the Institute of Forensic Medicine.
The investigation into the murder of a woman in Ashdod continued all night. The investigation is being conducted by the Lakish District Police.
