“There was no Plan B”: the UAF responded to Shevchenko's statement and showed an interesting letter

Secretary General of the UAF Yuriy Zapisotskiy commented on the accusations of the former head coach of the Ukrainian national team Andriy Shevchenko in the organization's unwillingness to renew the contract with him, Chronicle.info reports with reference to Channel 24.
UAF sent letters to Shevchenko for an invitation to a meeting at which negotiations on the extension of the contract would be conducted.
On June 7, 2020, the UAF Executive Committee decided that after Euro 2020 there will be a meeting with Shevchenko's coaching staff, at which they will discuss the extension of the agreement from August 3, 2021 to December 30, 2022.

Earlier, Shevchenko answered at a press conference when asked about an official letter from the UAF:

At the meeting, the lawyer confirmed that Shevchenko had not received official letters from the UAF.
