“There are 10 minutes.” Civilians ordered to leave the center of Almaty
The military in the central square of the city of Alma-Ata warned that a “ sweep '' would begin soon.
This is reported ORDA.kz with reference to the RIA-Novosti correspondent.
An armored car drove up to the cars parked on Republic Square. The soldier demanded that the civilians leave the square because “ active actions '' would begin.
The military also said that the citizens “ have 10 minutes. '' After that, those present began to leave the square.
