The first stage of the new Formula 1 season has taken place— Bahrain Grand Prix.
The reigning Formula 1 champion Dutch Red Bull driver Max Verstappen became the winner of the first stage.
Second place was taken by Verstappen's teammate, Mexican Sergio Perez, Fernando Alonso, a Spanish driver from Aston Martin, rounded out the leaders.
