Norwegian police detained a businessman, co-founder of Venture Investments & Yield Management (VIYM) Andrey Yakunin for launching drones in Svalbard, the company said. Yakunin is the eldest son of the former head of Russian Railways, Vladimir Yakunin, writes RBC.
