The rat was taught to play the Doom 2 computer game

Neuroengineer Victor Toth taught a rat to play the computer game Doom II. For a successfully completed location, the rodent received a reward.

A special controller was created for the rat & mdash; a polystyrene ball with motion sensors, and the animal was suspended above it.

The rodent rotated the ball and thus made the hero of the game go forward, and if the rat got up, the hero made a shot. The animal successfully completed the shooter level.
