The most expensive house in Israel sold for 173 million shekels

A 1,000 square meter house on Galei Thelet Street in Herzliya Pituach was sold for 173 million shekels. And this is the most expensive real estate deal in Israel last year.
According to " Globes, a company whose trustee is the law firm of S. Horowitz & Co., bought a house at 66 Galei Thelet Street from Israeli-Russian businessman Boris Kuzinets for NIS 173 million. In S. Horowitz & Co. declined to comment on the matter, but an Israeli businessman appears to be behind the deal.
Kuzinets bought the house thirteen years ago for NIS 82 million from Michael Kaufmann, the former CEO of Alcatel-Lucent Israel .
This deal outpaces the one in which Roni and Yifat Irani bought a three-story penthouse in the Shalom Meir tower. in Tel Aviv for 145 million shekels.
According to data published on the website of the Israel Tax Authority, three more transactions were made on Galey Tehelet Street, the most expensive street in Israel, last year: a house with an area of 375 square meters at number eight on the street was sold for 11.7 million shekels; another 651 square meter house at number eighteen was sold for 22.3 million shekels and a third house at number 56 was sold for 100.8 million shekels. The last purchase was made by Teddy Sagi.
