“The escalation must be stopped.” Jordan condemns synagogue attack

Jordan's Foreign Ministry condemned the attack in Jerusalem that killed seven people and said: “Jordan stresses the importance of taking immediate action to stop the dangerous escalation that has claimed lives Palestinian and Israeli citizens and threatens to ignite waves of violence.”

The Jordanian Foreign Ministry also said, “Jordan condemns the attack on civilians in a synagogue in Jerusalem, as well as any violent action against civilians in Palestinian lands. We stress the importance of respecting religious sites and their sanctity. All unilateral measures that could worsen the situation must be stopped.”
