Decision made: self-isolation scheme in education system canceled tomorrow

Prime Minister Naftali Bennett and Minister of Health Nitzan Horowitz approved the end of lockdown in the education system from tomorrow.

To students who have been in contact with confirmed patients, isolation will no longer be required.

Students will be required to take an antigen home test twice a week, every Sunday and Wednesday, and parents will be required to report test results.

It was further stipulated that a child who comes into contact with a confirmed patient and fails the last two tests in the current week is automatically placed in a five-day isolation.
