The Czech company ČEZ will double the staff of nuclear scientists
The construction of new nuclear facilities in the Czech Republic will almost double the number of the company's employees. Over the next ten years, it is planned to hire more than 2.5 thousand nuclear workers.
Last year, ČEZ already employed 1,212 workers. Some support ongoing power generation at the Temelín NPP and the Dukovany NPP, while the rest have joined teams developing plans for the large reactor at Dukovany and the small modular reactors at Temelín. At the same time, about 40% of new employees – graduates of Czech universities, mostly under 30 years old.
