The pilot who ejected from a crashed SU-25 attack aircraft in the Belgorod region did not survive.
The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation confirmed this information.
According to preliminary data, the plane crashed due to a technical malfunction. The exact cause of the crash is under investigation.
Earlier it was reported that the attack aircraft crashed on a barn with hay, which eventually burned down. The pilot ejected.
