The Central electoral Commission demands to change the law for holding tenders for the parliamentary elections.
The CEC expects the forthcoming changes to the law on public procurement or adoption in the manner prescribed by law other normative acts for the timely holding of elections to the Verkhovna Rada. This is stated in the statement of the Commission, reports the online edition of the Chronicle.info with reference to the Correspondent.
The CEC emphasizes that the economy of the state as the authority responsible for the formation and implementation of state policy in the area of public procurement, should have taken into account numerous requests for appropriate changes in legislation that would avoid a critical situation with preparation for extraordinary elections.
“The Central election Commission welcomes any steps aimed at solving the problems with the organization of public procurement to ensure started the election process, and expects the forthcoming changes to the law of Ukraine On public procurement or adoption in accordance with the law of another Statute which will comprehensively resolve the problem that relates to the competence of public authorities responsible for implementation of state policy in the sphere of public procurement and control of use of funds of the state budget of Ukraine”, — stated in the message.
