Torrential rain hit the Yemeni capital and its environs, causing flooding. It is reported by AFP. The raging elements caused the collapse of a building in Sana'a, killing 10 people, including four children. According to local authorities, six people died when their car was swept away by a powerful stream of water.
Traffic in the city has almost come to a standstill. It is specified that a three-story building collapsed in the historic district of Sana'a.
