The number of deaths after the explosion in the Surmalu mall in Yerevan increased to seven people.

21 people are considered missing, including 5 Iranian citizens and one Russian woman. According to the relatives of the missing people, it is known that several people were blocked in the basement, and it is not possible to get in touch with them.

Minister of Emergency Situations Armen Pambukhchyan explained this by the fact that the rubble is cleared carefully, manually and they use the technique only when they have checked that there are no people under them.
According to the head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, Armen Pambukhchyan, the cause of the fire and explosion is still unknown. According to preliminary information, the explosion occurred in a fireworks warehouse.

Since the explosion, 62 people have applied for medical help, 12 of them remain in hospitals, there is no threat to their lives.
