Terrorist's family will be deported from Israel

The High Court rejected the petition of the family of terrorist Fadi Kunver, who crushed four soldiers in Armon Ha Natziv four years ago in a car attack.

Kunver drove over a group of soldiers , resulting in the deaths of Shir Hajjaj, Erez Orbach, Yael Yekutiel and Shira Tzur.

The terrorist's family permanently resided in Israel. The then Interior Minister Aryeh Deri decided that the family would be deported from the country. The family filed an appeal with the High Court of Justice.

On September 20, the High Court of Justice rejected the family's appeal – and now, after three rounds of litigation, she will be deported from the State of Israel.
