For the third year in a row, Estrella Damm – the official beer of Barcelona – brings famous Catalan cuisine to Israel. Caesarea Kosher Tapas Festival: Alan Guyard, who has worked in Europe's finest restaurants, is the chef and owner of LaMundana, a chic tapas bar and one of Barcelona's most popular gastro bars. Awarded the prestigious Michelin Bib-Gourmand label, this tapas bar offers a bold and modern Basque menu with French, Japanese and Mediterranean influences. where they will prepare kosher festival tapas together.
Contemporary tapas off the beaches of Tel Aviv: Chef Uriel Casalas, owner of Taverna Teòric, is considered one of the most innovative chefs in contemporary Basque cuisine. In 2017, Casalas received the title of Best Chef of Barcelona and first place in the BCC-EroskiSaria competition for gastronomic innovation using local products.

Casalas will cook with Chef Gilel Tawakuli from the Animar restaurant, which this year took 32nd place in the competition of the 50 best restaurants in the Middle East.
