Suspected of working for Russian special services detained in Germany

The Office of the German Attorney General announced the arrest of a suspect in the collection of data for Russian intelligence.
Radio Liberty reports citing an agency statement.
The man, identified as “Arthur E.”, was detained at Munich Airport over the weekend as he was returning from the United States.
According to law enforcers, the suspect passed to Russia information received by a member of the German Foreign Intelligence Service named Karsten L. The latter was detained by the German police in December 2022.
