State Emergency Service: the situation in 5 regions of Ukraine remains the most difficult
Now the situation is difficult in five regions of Ukraine, namely – in Kharkiv, Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporozhye and Mykolaiv regions.
Director of the Emergency Response Department of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine Volodymyr Demchuk stated this at a briefing.
