Spotify removes music due to antivaxers

The music streaming service Spotify has begun to comply with the ultimatum of the famous musician Neil Young, who previously demanded that either all of his songs or only Joe Rogan's podcasts be removed from access, according to Young, spreading “false information about vaccines.”

The musician stated that on Spotify “there could be either Rogan or Young. But not both. He asked his managers to remove his songs from the platform due to the fact that anti-vaccine opinions are spreading on streaming.

Spotify noted that they have already removed about 20 thousand different podcasts related to COVID-19 .

“We regret Neil's decision to remove his music from Spotify, but we hope he comes back to us soon,” — representatives of the service noted.
