In Spain, an abnormally high temperature was recorded, as for this time of year.

According to The Guardian, in Bilboa it has warmed up to +24.7 degrees, in Segovia – ; +22.7 & ndash; the highest since 1920. A temperature record has been set in Avila since 1983 & ndash; 20.2.

“These high temperatures are not normal. They are usually observed in April, '' said Ruben del Campo, a spokesman for the state meteorological agency AEMET.
