MON reports that the satellite was delivered to the States thanks to the sponsorship of Boeing Ukraine ;. At the same time, the spin-off company of the Dutch Technical University Delft took over the financing and technical support for launching the spacecraft into space. The State Space Agency of Ukraine also joined, which contributed to the solution of logistics and export issues.
