South African parliament arsonist accused of terrorism
Prosecutors in South Africa added another charge against the suspect in the arson of the South African parliament building.
According to Deutsche Welle, the 49-year-old man is additionally charged with terrorism because he caught with an explosive device.
During the trial, the suspect underwent a psychiatric examination, which established that he suffers from “ paranoid schizophrenia. ''
