Shooting in a cafe in Rakhat: four arrested

Israeli police have arrested four suspects in connection with a shooting that took place in a cafe in the city of Rahat. This is reported by The Times of Israel.
According to law enforcement officials, the age of the suspects is from 20 to 30 years.
Five people were injured as a result of the shooting.
