The decision to kill the Jew was made on the morning of the attack. She learned that a terrorist from Jenin, to whom she felt a romantic attachment, had died from wounds received a few days earlier. The terrorist was wounded while trying to carry out a terrorist attack.
The defendant's lawyer, Fares Brik, tried to prove that she was a mentally unstable person, but it was decided that the girl would stand trial.
The court extended the accused's pre-trial detention for a week.
