Scandal: Mayor Lod blocked on WhatsApp

Lod Mayor Yair Revivo was stunned to find on Monday, February 27 that his WhatsApp account has been suspended and he cannot send messages to people using the app.
To Revivo, who responds to residents' WhatsApp requests 24 hours a day, is a serious problem that makes it very difficult for him to serve as mayor of Lod.
“Hello Democracy? Whatsapp blocked me”, — wrote Revivo on his Twitter account. “I don't have a spam program and my only “sin” is that I answer thousands of requests from my residents every day, all day long,” he added.
Meanwhile, the mayor tried to contact Meta, the parent company of WhatsApp, which also owns Facebook, but his attempts were in vain.
“All my Facebook Israel inquiries were not answered. These busy days are nothing but a scandal”, — he said.
