In Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, a serviceman received a term for deciding to refuse to participate in the military operation in Ukraine. It is known that he was sentenced to one year and eight months in a colony-settlement. This is reported by the Russian media.
According to the source, on October 6, the serviceman was in the military investigation department of the TFR for the Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky garrison. He refused to comply with the order of the commander, who announced the need to travel to the war zone in Ukraine.
At the moment, the convict has already filed an appeal with the Pacific Fleet Court.
