Blogger and journalist Mikhail Shakhnazarov commented on the petition in support of actress Leah Akhedzhakova. He doubted that Akhedzhakova is a national treasure of Russia.

Shakhnazarov reacted to the petition “Let's stand up for Leah Akhedzhakova”, which received more than 75,000 signatures. The text says that the actress is a national treasure of Russia. The journalist did not agree with the position of the author.

The actress lost her roles in Sovremennik, which caused a scandal in the creative environment. Akhedzhakova is convinced that she was left without performances because of her supposedly anti-Russian position.

At the same time, some Russians are convinced that filming productions with the star of many Soviet and Russian films was the right thing to do.
