Rocket launch in South Korea sparks UFO rumors

The South Korean military confirmed they tested a solid-propellant missile on Friday after its unannounced launch sparked a brief public panic over a suspected UFO sighting.

A twisting wisp of multicolored steam could be seen in parts of the sky over South Korea on Friday night. Social networks in South Korea “exploded” reports that it could be a UFO.
According to local media reports, South Korean emergency services and police have received hundreds of reports from citizens that they have witnessed a suspicious flying object and mysterious lights all over country.
Across parts of South Korea reports of UFO sightings have gone viral on social media.
