Several dozen Arabs rioted at the Damascus Gate and tried to resist the police, Haruts Sheva reports.
The police acted at the same moment to quell the riots and ensure safe passage through the gate.
In addition, riots broke out on the Temple Mount, where Arabs barricaded themselves inside the Al-Aqsa Mosque and threw stones and fireworks at the police.
