Report: Khashoggi's wife was being tracked through Pegasus spyware

The government of the United Arab Emirates downloaded the Pegasus spyware by the Israeli company NSO Group onto the phone of the brutally murdered journalist Jamal Khashoggi.

This report was provided published by the Washington Post.

The study was conducted by the Citizen Lab of Toronto. According to the report, the UAE abused Pegasus software to track Khashoggi's wife. Experts suggest that this may have something to do with the death of the journalist.

Recall that the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia is suspected of killing Khashoggi, who allegedly could have ordered the elimination of the journalist.
