Protests in the Negev continue

Protests in the Negev continue unabated

Today, two hundred people gathered at the entrance to Umm el-Fahm to protest against the planting of trees in the Negev.

I., who works as a guard in police in Tel Sheva, who was present at the protest, said: “It could have ended differently. We have those who decide, everyone thinks that this is some kind of game”.

Three incidents are currently being investigated as terrorist attacks. We are talking about damage to the railway track (laying stones), damage to the safety car and set fire to the car of the Haaretz journalist. These are joint investigations by the Shin Bet and the police.
