Prevented smuggling of 80 kg of marijuana from Egypt

The IDF and the police have prevented the smuggling of a large consignment of drugs from Egypt to Israel.
This was reported by the press service of the IDF.
Soldiers monitoring surveillance cameras spotted the suspects approaching the border from Egypt and dispatched military personnel to the scene. Several suspects were detained and three packages of drugs were found hidden nearby.
According to the IDF and police, about 80 kilograms of marijuana worth 3 million shekels were seized.
