Poland refused to play with the Russian national team
The Polish national team refused to participate in the 2022 World Cup qualifying play-off with the Russian national team.
This was announced by the head of the Polish Football Union, Cesary Kulesza, on February 26
"Enough talk, time to act! The Polish national team does not intend to play in the play-off with the Russian national team due to the escalation of the situation in Ukraine,” he said.
