A 48-year-old man suffered moderate injuries after making an emergency landing in an open area. Arriving at the scene of the medics, with the assistance of the IDF, provided him with first aid. The victim was evacuated to the Hadassah Ein Kerem hospital. He was fully conscious. “When we arrived at the scene, we saw the plane make an emergency landing on a mountainside near the trail. The pilot, who exited the plane, was fully conscious and with minor injuries. We gave him first aid on the spot. He was evacuated by military helicopter for further treatment in a hospital,” an MDA spokesman said.
