Plane crash in Nevada: no survivors

According to airline REMSA Health, five people died Friday night in Nevada after the crash of a Care Flight medical plane.

Care Flight, a service of REMSA Health, headquartered in Reno, Nevada and Guardian Flight, headquartered in Utah, can confirm that a PC 12 fixed wing aircraft, tail number N273SM, went off radar Friday, Feb. 24, at approximately 9:45 p.m., near Stagecoach, Nevada.

Medical Services team says flight “disappeared from radar” around 9:45 pm PST.
REMSA added, “We are in the process of notifying family members. Our immediate focus is to help our team members and families, as well as responding agencies.”
Speaking to local network KOLO8 News, the Lyon County Sheriff's Office said they received a number of calls regarding the accident.
Officers responded along with Lyon County Search and Rescue, Lyon County Central Fire Protection and Douglas County Search and Rescue.
Citing a source in REMSA, a news network reported that the dead included a pilot, a paramedic, an on-board nurse, a patient and a family member of the patient.
