Palestinian teenager injured after throwing firebomb at IDF post

A Palestinian teenager who threw a Molotov cocktail at an army post in the PA was wounded Friday night, the military and Palestinian health officials said.
The Palestinian Health Ministry Autonomy said 16-year-old Amir Mamoun Ode was shot in the chest on the outskirts of the city of Qalqiliya in the PA.
An IDF spokesman said the teen approached an army post near a security fence near Qalqiliya before throwing a Molotov cocktail at soldiers &ldquo ;at close range”.
The military, “sensing danger”, opened fire on the teenager, the spokesman said, adding that the suspect was wounded. No servicemen were reported injured in the incident.< br />
