Palestinian News Agency – Now in Hebrew
The official Palestinian news agency Wafa has reopened the Hebrew website after a six-year hiatus.
In a comment to AFP, editor-in-chief Hulud Assaf said he hopes to 'influence public opinion' in Israel.
& quot; The purpose of the renewal of lighting in Hebrew & ndash; to convey the Palestinian point of view to Israeli society in an objective way in order to circumvent the military censorship imposed on the Israeli media '', & mdash; said Assaf.
As you know, the head office of the Wafa news agency, which is published in Arabic, English and French, is located in Ramallah. The Hebrew service was discontinued in 2016.
